What parent hasn't experienced the groans of asking their kids to wear matching sweaters for the annual family holiday photo? Well, Reese Witherspoon is no different. On Monday, Dec. 7, she got into the holiday spirit with her daughter, Ava Phillippe, donning matching sweaters from her Draper James clothing line. Though their similarities have been pointed out many times before, wearing the same outfit proves that the 44-year-old actor and her 21-year-old daughter (whose dad is Ryan Phillippe) are pretty much identical, as fellow celebrities confirmed. "Ok. It's 💯 true that I had to beg her to wear a matching Holiday sweater…. but isn't it CUTE??!! #humorme #itsamomthing🥰 @draperjames," the Big Little Lies star captioned the adorable image.
Phillippe responded, "hehe love you❤️"
The sweet snap of the mother-daughter duo, who also wore matching red lipstick and held identical snowflake mugs, garnered lots of comments from Witherspoon's famous friends.
"I'm seeing double!" wrote Padma Lakshmi. "Come on! Twins!!!! Beautiful ladies love love love," added Drew Barrymore.
