Aries: Bourbon, Neat
Aries are independent and confident, so they're not worried about someone judging them for their drink order. And ultimately, they want something simple. Jill Loftis, astrologer and founder of Nuit Astrology, recommends that this no-frills sign orders a bourbon, neat because they "don't need anything fancy, and they're not here to play." Bourbon gets the job done without all the accouterments of a fancier cocktail order. There are no umbrellas in tropical mixed drinks for this direct sign.
Taurus: Negroni Sbagliato
"Tauruses are lovers of the tried-and-true, which means they don't usually step outside their normal cocktail order if they can help it. But every once in a while, a trend comes along that sounds too good to resist," explains celebrity astrologer and lifestyle writer Lauren Ash. "They're lovers of all things deliciously indulgent, and the Negroni Sbagliato is a fun twist on an old favorite. Simply replace the gin in a classic Negroni with a touch of champagne, and you have a new and elevated cocktail experience that you can sip all night long."

Gemini: French 75
The zodiac's social butterfly needs a beverage worthy of their big nights out, and what better than a French 75? "This classic cocktail comes with a pedigree and some historical context, which will delight the cerebral Gemini," Loftis explains. Not only is it an interesting choice (which will impress all of a Gemini's friends), but it "has an edge, just like them." This cocktail is made with gin, champagne, lemon juice, and sugar, and it's served in a flute, making it perfect for toasting on special occasions.
Cancer: Piña Colada
"Water signs are very sensitive to substances of all kinds," Loftis says, so it's best to "keep it light." Luckily, piña coladas err on the sweet and less-strong side. Inbaal Honigman, celebrity psychic and astrologer, adds that a nostalgic drink like this "reminds a Cancer of childhood family gatherings, of beach holidays, and of long chats into the night," which is why they'll opt for something fun and festive every time.

Leo: Gold Rush
For the discerning Leo, Loftis recommends ordering a Gold Rush, made with bourbon, honey, and fresh lemon juice. She says this confident and extroverted sign loves anything "luxurious and unique," which makes this "classy, eye-catching, simple and straightforward" cocktail a go-to, even if it's not on the menu.
Virgo: Sazerac
Virgos are extremely matter-of-fact, which is why they require a nightcap with "very specific ingredients," says Loftis. A Sazerac is made with rye whiskey, a sugar cube, Peychaud's Bitters, and anise liqueur. This should impress those around them and taste the same no matter where they order it. This analytical sign won't have to spend time perusing menus when they already know they want this historic cocktail.

Libra: Cosmopolitan
"Libras are the sophisticated socialites of the zodiac and are no strangers to a night out on the town," says Ash. They love mixing things up and trying new cocktails, but, "there's only one drink that really suits their chic and effortless style—the classic Cosmopolitan," notes Ash. "Made with vodka and cranberry juice, and often topped with a stylish lime twist, this elegant cocktail will have Libra feeling like they just stepped off the set of Sex and the City."
Scorpio: Old Fashioned
Loftis encourages Scorpios to opt for a good scotch or whiskey because it's as straightforward as they are. Sure, they could have it neat or on the rocks, but to soften their intense side, a classic old fashioned is what they should order. It's still boozy enough for Scorpio's mysterious and complex persona, and it's perfect for a night of brooding by the fire.

Sagittarius: Margarita
"The party doesn't start till Sagittarius walks in, and a margarita is a party in a glass," says Honigman. "This sign likes to have a good time, and this sweet but salty combination is perfect," Loftis adds. Plus, this cocktail will remind the world travelers of the zodiac of all the far-away adventures they've had—and inspire where they'll go next.
Capricorn: Espresso Martini
If you have a Capricorn pal, you've probably seen them order a martini before—and give the bartender extremely specific instructions. This practical sign loves the classics and wants to keep it simple. An espresso martini is perfect because it's "a playful twist" on this elegant go-to, says Honigman. And for the most hardworking member of the zodiac, the kick of caffeine will come in handy.

Aquarius: Midori Sour
Eccentric and rebellious Aquarians don't want average cocktails. Instead, they should try a Midori Sour, since it's "a quirky green drink for our slightly alien Aquarian friends," says Loftis. It'll stand out just like them, and the combination of lime juice, lemon juice, vodka, Midori liqueur, and club soda matches their tart-yet-sweet vibes.
Pisces: Paloma
Water sign Pisces should consider ordering a Paloma, made with tequila, grapefruit, and lime juice. Loftis says this sensitive sign can make it less alcoholic with "a splash of seltzer [for] a nice balance of sweet and salty, just like the two sides of a changeable Pisces." The tropical flavors will also remind them of their favorite place, the beach.
